POTTING THE COLOURS Step 1: Pot yellow & land so you have a straight green. Step 2: Pot Green and screw back 2 inches. Step 3: Pot Brown using soft stun on the white. Step 4: Pot Blue with follow through and land on a straight pink. Step 5: Pot Pink with follow through. Step 6: Pot Black with middle ball stun.

FIRST RED AFTER BREAK OFF This shot comes up very regularly and is a MUST PRACTICE shot. A very simple shot played with plain ball top, just make sure you land before the baulk line, otherwise it would have been a waist of time if you land on the bottom rail... This is a cueing shot, DO NOT strike the white ball too hard or too soft, timing is essential..

BREAK LIKE THE PRO's Place white ball 2 inches to the right of the brown. Use a touch of middle ball running side ( about 2 tips ) and hit the last red 1/4 ball at a medium pace... ^

GO GREEN You are on a 70 break and have snookered yourself on the black, rather than get frustrated, there is an easy option here, THE GREEN... Most people will throw their hands up and go for an extremely hard screw off the blue when they have an easy 1/2 ball green looking them in the face... This shot is very similar to the last shot, plain ball top at a steady medium pace and the white ball will naturally go into the pack of reads... The same shot applies to the yellow on the other side of the table.
